Had a bit of a hiccup with my dryer last week. Searched online for help and found Pioneer Appliance Repair in Pasadena, CA. From the start, these folks made it easy. Booked an appointment with no fuss. The tech, Kevin, showed up on time, which is rare these days, right?! He was friendly, looked professional, and jumped right in.
Turns out, my Whirlpool dryer had a faulty heating element. Kevin explained everything without going all techy on me. Fixed it up fast, too. Gotta love when a pro knows their stuff.
Before leaving, he even gave me some tips to keep it in shape. Now, that’s value! Couple hours later, I was back to folding warm, dry clothes.
